Terms of Service

These terms govern the Duedoh traveler app, Duedoh Partner app, website and related services operated by Duedoh TravelTech India Private Limited. By creating an account or booking or providing a service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate information, protect your login codes and device, and tell us promptly about unauthorised use. Partners must complete required identity, eligibility, tax, bank and vehicle checks and keep those details current.

The service

Duedoh provides technology and support that helps travelers find and communicate with local companions and manage bookings. Service scope, duration, pricing, inclusions and partner details are displayed before purchase. Availability is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed. Partners must follow the confirmed scope, safety requirements and applicable law.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

You authorise the displayed charges and applicable taxes. Partner earnings and platform deductions are shown through the Partner app. Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by the policy shown during booking and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Duedoh provides services, not returnable physical goods.

User conduct

Do not impersonate others; submit false documents; harass, exploit or discriminate; send illegal content; evade platform fees; interfere with the service; misuse location or personal data; or use Duedoh for unlawful, dangerous or unauthorised activity. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

Safety and emergencies

Use reasonable personal-safety precautions and verify the booking and assigned person in the app. Duedoh’s SOS and support features are escalation tools and do not replace police, ambulance, fire or other emergency services. Contact local emergency services when immediate help is required.

Content and communications

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Duedoh a limited licence to host, process and display it as necessary to operate, secure and improve the service. Do not upload content you lack the right to use. In-app messages may be retained for service, safety, dispute and compliance purposes.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided with reasonable care but may be interrupted or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, Duedoh is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service or delete your account through the app. Active bookings, open disputes or pending payouts may need to be resolved first. We may suspend or close accounts for material breach, fraud, safety risk or legal necessity. Certain transaction and compliance records may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Law, disputes and changes

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Before starting formal proceedings, contact support@duedoh.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Any mandatory consumer forum or court rights remain unaffected. We may update these terms and will provide notice where required.
